This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws in India and in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of SamrtSchool Education, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of court in Delhi, India (only).

This Agreement does not in any manner create any relationship whatsoever as between you and the SamrtSchool Education, either as a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship. Performance of this agreement by SamrtSchool Education is subject to existing laws and legal process in India, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of the rights of SamrtSchool Education to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of SamrtSchool Education or information provided to or gathered by SamrtSchool Education with respect to such use.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and SamrtSchool Education with respect to the StudynLearn and it supersedes all prior communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and SamrtSchool Education with respect to the StudynLearn site.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that Packages once subscribed cannot be cancelled and no refund to that effect can be made. Since StudynLearn.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the package is subscribed. As a customer you are responsible for understanding that no refund or cancellation is possible upon any subscription at our site.

Delivery Policy

Delivery means the digital download or the physical delivery of subscribed content to the customers. At present we have two modes of delivery - online digital download from the website and physical shipment content through device like PenDrive.

Online digital delivery of content is through internet, i.e., Online subscribed course content from www.StudynLearn.com website to StudynLearn software.
